INTERCOOLER SPEC-R・SPEC-R HG
Small fin-pitch cores are used for SPEC-R to cool the air at high boost. The intercooler features a high cooling efficiency with special aluminum which features the high heat-exchanging rate. GReddy offers various kinds of intercooler sizes and thicknesses depending on the levels of tuning. The intercooler is capable of dissipating the heat from GReddy Turbine Kit. The HG model features side tanks and piping that have been buffed up to a mirror finish. For SPEC-R, these items are polished up. The piping has been designed to fit each car. The cores have been treated with CCP to improve anti-erosion.

INTERCOOLER SPEC-V
The overcapacity of cooling power will be changed into the intake loss when the intake air does not contain a large amount of heat. This is because the intercooler cools the intake air which is just behind the turbocharger. The pressure loss is connected directly with the engine response. This is why; to have both the enough cooling capacity and have the low pressure loss is important to manage both power and response. The micro groove tube is used to minimize the pressure lose and these tubes also have a sufficient ability to cool the heat of the intake air which is generated from the hi-boost engine and the bolt-on turbo engine. This intercooler features both the cooling efficiency and the low pressure loss with the special high heat dissipation aluminum. The piping has been designed to fit each car. The cores have been treated with CCP to improve anti-erosion.

GReddy provides intercooler cores for making one-off intercoolers and also for cars that are not mentioned on the catalog. We offer various kinds of core sizes and thicknesses. GReddy offers internal and external thermostat types. The kit is equipped with EARL’S Hoses and Fittings.
Our Filter Relocation Type moves the filter block to more convenient location for easy maintenance. For making one-off aluminum parts is GReddy Welding Boss Kits. 1/8PT is for installing radiator pipes and sensors. M8 is for installing stays. The ten pieces make a set.

GReddy Radiator Caps have a main valve pressure rating of 127kpa （1kg/cm2）which allows for a higher boiling point. A higher boiling point ensures protection against over heating and also ensures your car maximum coolant flow at higher temperatures.

This Filler Cap is used for GReddy Breather Tanks. These caps do not have radiator pressure valves. After adding Breather Tanks, the Filler Cap will be put on the Radiator and the Radiator Cap will be put on the Breather Tank.

Returning blow-by gas directly into an engine decreases burning efficiency and shortens the life of engine oil. Function disorders of intake components can be caused by oil and moisture included in blow-by gas sticking to throttles and plugs.
